RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues, such as defective or incorrect items. We’ll evaluate the problem and ensure it’s resolved.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item. Once it’s accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
